The Easiest Product To Create

Many of my clients have asked me for recommendations on the first and easiest product to create. If you are a new infopreneur who is just starting out with product creation, I recommend that you start with an e-book.

An e-book is the easiest product to create because writing is the most natural way for many of us to create content. You can create an e-book as a text document, and than convert it into a PDF document and your e-book is ready.

E-books are also the easiest products for your customers to use, as anyone can read PDF e-books, and the PDF reader is available at no charge for different computer platforms.

Is $1,000 Too Much For A Report?

What price is too high to charge for information products? $100? $500? $1,000? Pricing is a bit of an art, a bit of a science, and it is all in the eyes of your target market.

If members of your target market feel that $1,000 is a fair price for the benefits they will receive from buying the product, they will buy it. If, on the other hand, they think that even $10 is too much for a product, you will not get the sale.

This is a great marketing lesson, something that everyone should apply to their own business. How do you convince your target market that your product is worth the price? Create a powerful sales copy, make sure that you convincingly communicate the benefits of buying your product, and, of course, deliver a great product.

How To Sell More Of Your Ebooks

Want to sell more ebooks online? The same marketing techniques that work for promoting your web site and services work for promoting ebooks and other products:

Create good, persuasive copy. A good sales letter for your ebook can dramatically increase your sales. Make sure you tout the benefits of the product in the sales letter.

Search engine optimization – make sure you optimize your ebook page with relevant keywords. A lot of people use search engines to locate products they want to buy; make sure you can get some of that traffic to your web site.

Article writing and publishing. Write articles of interest to your target market, and create a powerful Resource Box to promote your ebook. I find this to be a great way to promote my ebooks and other products.

Affiliate Marketing. Create a profitable affiliate program that encourages your affiliates to recommend and promote your products on their blogs and web sites.

The best part about multiple streams of income is that they can earn you money while you are not working. I’ve had a fun summer – we went on a few trips and I took some time off to enjoy the weather.
