Work Less, Make More Money

I experienced all of this first-hand. Back in the 1990’s I started doing consulting because I wanted to run my own business, be my own boss, and have flexible hours. Instead, I worked very long hours, worked every weekend, and had absolutely no free time. After a while, I was exhausted, and was considering not having my own business at all.

Eventually, I took some time off to think to restructure my business. I decided that when I went back to my business, I wanted to work flexible hours, take weekends off, be able
to go on vacation and have lots of time to spend with family and friends.

I realized that the only way I could have a profitable business and still enjoy flexible hours and quality of life was by creating multiple streams of income.

It’s been freezing outside — we had temperatures below zero in the past week or so. Of course in this kind of weather everyone tries to minimize the amount of time they have to be outside.
