A lot of people have been asking me how to get more fans for their Facebook Fan Pages. If you run a Facebook Fan Page and are looking to invite more people to join it, here are ten strategies to help you do that:

1. Invite your Facebook friends to join your Fan Page Use your status update from time to time to let your friends on Facebook know about your Fan Page and invite them to join.

2. Invite your Twitter followers to join your Facebook Fan Page Let your Twitter followers know what is going on at your Fan Page, and invite them to join it.

3. Invite your newsletter subscribers to join in Let your newsletter subscribers know about your Fan Page and invite them to join.

4. Add a link to your Fan Page on your web site Invite your web site visitors to join your fan page.

5. Add a “LIKE” Box to your blog, you can see what it looks like on this blog, just scroll down this blog to see the “LIKE” box on this blog post – and don’t forget to click the “LIKE” button for more Facebook Fan Pages tips :)

6. Invite your LinkedIn connections to join your Page Use your status updates on LinkedIn from time to time to invite your connections to join your Facebook Page

7. Add a link to your Fan Page on your teleseminar materials, when you are teaching free teleseminars, or when you are charging for them, add a link to your Fan Page to your teleseminar materials.

8. Add a link to your Fan Page to your speaking materials, if you are a speaker, add information about your Fan Page to the handouts that you give away when you speak.

9. Add a link to your Fan Page to your blog, you can add a Facebook button that links to your Fan Page to your blog’s menu.

10. Add a link to your Fan Page to your free report/e-book/e-course. Do you have a free giveaway to your new newsletter subscribers? Add a link to your Fan Page in the resources section of your giveaway!

Bonus #11: Be consistent! Invite people to join your Fan Page consistently and on a regular basis. Inviting people just one time is not going to do a lot, but when you let your connections and subscribers know about your Fan Page on a regular basis, you will get more fans.
